    About

    A little owl on Laurier.

    Morning Owl started roasting coffee in Ottawa in 2009, and every location is owned and run by independent franchisees who actually work the counter. The Laurier shop opened downtown in 2019 — a quiet spot to work, a fast lunch between meetings, and a fridge stocked for the walk back to the office.

    We roast our beans in small batches for control and consistency, build our sandwiches by hand, and keep vegetarian and gluten-friendly options on the board. Come in for a Canadiano, stay for the Cubano.
